Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Enterprise Origination Platform PM to lead requirements discovery, definition, specification, traceability, verification, and validation activities for the Enterprise Loan Origination platform
- Coach and guide other product managers on platform requirements and other key deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including portfolio/program/project managers, business, technology amp; solution architects, change managers, experience designers and others through the entire product and program lifecycle - for co-creation, deliberations, decision making and other relevant collaborative activities.
- Support the platform lead with requirement readiness and vendor engagement responsibilities from a platform perspective.
Requirements
- A passion to solve problems and create value leveraging digital technologies.
- Demonstrated lending domain expertise/ experience working on lending projects.
- Business Analysis or Product management experience in any relevant capacity within digital transformation or technology initiatives
- Strong skills and demonstrated understanding of software platforms and architecture.
- Experience eliciting (discovering), scoping, analyzing, specifying, validating and documenting product requirements through collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
- General understanding of agile software development practices and SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment
- Relevant certifications within the business analysis, process management, product/project management and allied disciplines. E.g CBAP, LSS, CSSBB, CPM, etc.
- Prior experience working on/designing Loan Origination platforms.
