As the Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations and team management of our therapists. Reporting to the Clinical Director, this position requires a strategic and empathetic leader. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing a diverse team of clinicians, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with our company's vision and values.
In the past year alone, our therapists successfully conducted over 41,000 sessions for Canadians, significantly enhancing mental health across the country. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of clinicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to ensure professional growth and engagement
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director in executing strategic planning and service delivery improvements, aligning with the company’s long-term vision
- Manage caseload optimization and therapist performance reviews to ensure efficiency and quality in service provision
- Oversee clinical resourcing, recruitment efforts, and identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of clinical offerings
- Develop, implement, and manage clinical systems, procedures, and compliance measures to meet regulatory standards
- Facilitate clinical supervision and professional development initiatives, including internship programs and training
- Cultivate key relationships with community partners and stakeholders to strengthen our network and referral base
- Address legal, privacy concerns, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Registration in good standing with a recognized provincial regulatory body
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a clinical setting, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in technology and practice management software (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Jane, etc.)
- Fulfill requirements for the Clinical Supervisor designation with the CRPO
