About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by liaising with internal inside sales resources and external outside sales teams. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving customer satisfaction and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal inside sales resources and outside sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, technical assistance, and guidance on cladding and facade solutions.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address customer needs and facilitate smooth communication between teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a customer facing sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with building construction and/or architectural products, cladding, or facades is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
