Who we are looking for

As an Inside Sales Manager at GlobalVision, your primary objective will be to build a robust sales pipeline. Your focus extends to ensuring a swift response to inbound leads and overseeing an exceptional lead qualification process. You will contribute to the company's growth by effectively managing and leading a dynamic team of inside sales professionals, driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships.

The Day-to-Day
  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for our SaaS products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to the inside sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a high level of motivation and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and excellent service.

Nice to haves
  • Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
