Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining inventories of medication and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
Ensure the prescription records have accurate information and enter client information in the database.
Create an oral compound solution, ointments and creams as per the pharmacist's instructions.
Bill insurance companies.
Answer phone calls, emails or customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements
Verbal and written proficiency in English and French
A high school diploma or GED.
Proven experience assisting in a pharmacy or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory systems.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and trustworthy.
The ability to work as part of a team and communicate well with customers.
Knowledge of medical terminologies and pharmacy procedures.
