What You’ll Do
Our Health and Safety Consultants help clients support and protect their most valuable asset their people by identifying health and safety risks, providing compliant documents, and offering support and guidance.
As a Health and Safety Consultant you will:
- Create jurisdiction-specific health and safety document bundles for the health and safety essentials service.
- Deliver the health and safety essentials service to clients virtually.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure that service is delivered in a timely and appropriate manner while maintaining a standard of excellence.
- Maintain productive and professional relationships with clients, and where appropriate deal with issues that are raised in a professional way.
- Ensure that all records and documents relating to client activity are created and updated in line with contractual requirements.
- Regularly update internal systems including Salesforce to ensure that all interactions are visible within HRdownloads.
Requirements
About You
You are a dedicated health and safety professional who:
- Has 5 years of progressive health and safety experience, ideally in a high-risk industry such as manufacturing, transportation, or construction.
- Has 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Has successfully completed a bachelor’s degree or diploma in health and safety or a related field.
- Has 5 years of experience creating legislatively and legally compliant health and safety documentation.
- Is ambitious, confident, competitive, and coachable.
- Can tackle objections with ease and close the deal!
- Has a record of exceeding targets.
- Excels at building relationships with business owners, health and safety professionals, and C-level executives.
- Can leverage a consultative selling approach.
It’s a bonus if you:
- Have multi-jurisdiction compliance knowledge and experience.
- Possess a professional designation related to health and safety.
- Are bilingual.
