Responsibilities:
• Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
• Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
• Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
• Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
• Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
• Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Timely completion of all sales administration.
Requirements
• Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
• Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.
• 5 years’ relevant experience
• Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic.
• Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.
