We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and targets.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Create and implement sales plans, set achievable targets, and forecast sales trends for consistent revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Evaluate and optimize the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to track progress against targets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and leverage cross-functional opportunities.
  • Leverage the latest technology tools and automation solutions to enhance sales processes, lead tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions to keep the sales team up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Adapt strategies based on changing market conditions, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Salesforce or pipedrive
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, leadership and team management, preferably in the junk removal industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales strategies
