As the Operational Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial activities, ensuring effective financial management and conducting meaningful analysis that will drive business performance. What you will do:

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting amp; Analysis: Working alongside the FPamp;A team, support management to achieve organizational objectives by analyzing and interpreting costs amp; metrics and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and control costs of all manufacturing, material and labor expenses, conduct performance management and determine inventory valuation. The Operational Controller will develop and maintain an inventory management strategy to allow management to understand performance and make data driven decisions.
  • Revenue amp; Costs: Overall responsibility for Accounts Payable, Revenue Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
  • Compliance: Prepare and pay sales related requirements, ensuring compliance, in a timely manner.
  • Leadership amp; Team Management: Oversee the operations of the revenue and costs team for achieving the department's goals and objectives by providing mentoring, coaching and training of the Teams.
  • Business Enablement: Lead efficiency improvements including implementation, automation and/or integration of business tools and documentation of policies and procedures, as well as develop and maintain an inventory management strategy to allow management to understand performance and make data driven decisions.

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

  • 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least three years of direct experience in inventory management
  • Experience leading a team and managing direc
