Job Description

LogiSense is seeking an Account Development Representative who is passionate about enabling technology and communications clients to take their innovative products to market; quickly and effectively. The position

As a LogiSense Account Development Representative you’ll gain expertise in accurately capturing and qualifying leads, effectively managing a sales pipeline, and achieving quarterly revenue targets. In this role, you will use an Account-based Go-to-Market (GTM) motion, to identify and target prospects, and initiate the first outreach to identify sales opportunities. Your goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team. As a key member of the sales team, you will create and leverage existing lists and databases to target strategic accounts, output email campaigns, and work with 3rd party services to achieve sales qualification goals. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions and competition as well as proven experience in B2B sales.

Be Good At:

  • Demonstrating 2+ years experience in Business Development, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Utilizing outstanding knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot ) is a plus
  • Understanding and delivering LogiSense’s unique value proposition to prospective clients
  • Using your post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Actively participating in outbound calling and email campaigns to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintaining consistent levels of customer activity to generate sales leads and meet achieve quarterly objectives
  • Using digital tools to research, build and add to a database of prospective clients, leads and target accounts
  • Developing opportunities or suspect prospects into qualified leads
  • Monitoring and responding to LogiSense’s website and other inbound inquiries and routing them to the appropriate sales resources based on qualification criteria
  • Conducting market research and keeping up to date on product and industry knowledge, competitors, and industry knowledge
  • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Managing your time with the ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work independently
  • Exercising your strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills with the ability to influence decision makers
