Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Manager of Soccer Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of our organization. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with various departments, and play a crucial role in driving the success of Valour FC.

- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively to support operational needs.

- Administer player contracts, ensuring compliance with league regulations and club policies.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of team travel, including booking accommodations, transportation, and logistics.

- Develop and maintain the team training schedule, ensuring optimal preparation for matches and events.

- Coordinate club credentials requests, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth access to facilities and events.

- Collaborate closely with soccer operations technical staff and administration to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve operations and enhance the club's competitive edge.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in sports operations management, preferably in soccer or professional sports.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in budget management, contract administration, and travel coordination.

- Passion for soccer and a deep understanding of the game's dynamics and industry trends.
