Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Designer - Hybrid position (75% of the time in office) in Toronto, ON, Canada.
The Role
- Collaborate closely with a diverse group of customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences (NFT, DEX, CEX, Gaming, Funds, Accountants).
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality.
- Work closely with frontend developers and the broader engineering team
- Design and iterate on key components of the financial operations platform, including dashboards, transaction interfaces, payment applications, and reports
- Continuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and integrate insights to refine designs
Requirements
Hard Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Design
- Proven track record of designing B2B products
- A portfolio/website showing shipped products(student or hobby projects won't be considered)
- Outcomes amp; business oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Technical understanding of how things are built on the front-end
Bonus Skills
- Experience in finance and crypto industries
- Experience with building and maintaining design systems
