Position Overview
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives in a fast-paced mortgage brokerage environment. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 20+ licensed mortgage brokers, guiding them in closing mortgage opportunities generated through dedicated referral partnerships and direct to consumer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, and a proven track record of leadership and team management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving results.
- Licensed mortgage agent or mortgage broker.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 20+ licensed mortgage brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and excellent customer service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
