Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager specializing in digital direct-to-client (D2C) solutions with a focus on wealth management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and implementation of digital products and projects tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the wealth management sector. Your expertise in product management, project implementation, and deep understanding of digital wealth platforms will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our digital initiatives.

Please note that this is a temporary position for up to 18 Months.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and drive the digital product strategy for direct-to-client wealth management solutions, aligned with business objectives, KPI’s and market trends.
      • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovations.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize product features and roadmap.
  • Product Development and Implementation:
      • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
      • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder inputs and market insights.
      • Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the development process, conduct sprint planning, and manage project timelines.
      • Discover, decompose, define, prioritize and fully own product requirements
      • Creation and management of product management artifacts including but not limited to; Product Roadmaps, Product Backlogs (User Stories), StoryBoards, Release management plans and others.
  • Digital Wealth Expertise:
      • Leverage your deep understanding of digital wealth management platforms, tools, and technologies to drive product innovation and differentiation.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in digital wealth management to inform product strategy and development decisions.
      • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on digital wealth management solutions.
  • Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
      • Act as a client advocate, gathering feedback, and insights to continuously improve product usability, functionality, and user experience.
      • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support client onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
      • Analyze client usage data, performance metrics, and KPIs to measure product effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
      • Mentor and coach other members of the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
      • Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in product management roles, with at least 3 years of experience in digital wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Strong project delivery skills with experience leading
