Job Description

Associa, the industry leader in community association management, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk at Associa, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, preparing payment requests, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, including proper coding and approval
  • Prepare payment requests and process vendor payments timely and accurately
  • Manage vendor inquiries and resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting role is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
