The RoleAs the Senior GTM Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling our GTM (Go-to-Market) teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will lead the strategic thinking, development, and execution of comprehensive enablement programs, focusing on equipping our sales, partner, and customer success teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed for success. This role is primarily remote but will be expected to facilitate and support live, in-person enablement sessions, workshops, and training activities when needed. In this role, you will work closely with executive stakeholders globally across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific to understand their needs and align enablement efforts with business goals.
Your responsibilities will include creating, developing, and delivering sales, product, and technical training programs, providing feedback on collateral and resources, and measuring the impact of enablement efforts through key performance metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, processes, and strategies. You will be instrumental in building amp; scaling enablement efforts as the company continues to grow. This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making. What You'll Be Doing
  • Own, architect and deliver enablement programs including but not limited to new hire onboarding, sales skills, product education and leadership development.
  • Assess business learning and skills gaps and develop compelling tools and trainings to optimize team performance delivered through a variety of mediums (in person, virtual, videos, on-the-job support).
  • Design, communicate and execute enablement strategy throughout the GTM organization and ensure alignment with all relevant business partners.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for both onboarding and everboarding, ensuring continual updates and improvements.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a central repository of all GTM materials, sales collateral, playbooks, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest product features and industry trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on data.
  • Coordination and logistical support for learning programs (offsites, summits, kick-offs)
  • Own all sales enablement software, tools and microsites, ensuring the tools are maximized for optimal adoption.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to individual sales reps through live sessions and video recordings, ensuring feedback is aligned with sales managers and improves the performance of individuals.
  • Conduct skills-gap analyses to identify areas of improvement by working closely with the Sales team to identify challenges they face on the job.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the impact of program implementations, training initiatives, and overall performance.
What We Are Looking For
  • A proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with a preference for at least 3+ years in sales/revenue/gtm enablement.
  • Proven experience in building and leading successful enablement programs for a growing GTM team, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
