We are seeking a skilled and creative Training Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective training materials that enhance the learning experience for our employees. As a Training Content Writer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop high-quality training content across various formats, including e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, and more.Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development:
• Create clear, concise, and engaging training content that aligns with learning objectives.Develop content for various mediums, including online courses, instructor-led training, and multimedia presentations.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.Work closely with multimedia specialists, graphic designers, and other team members to enhance the visual appeal of training materials.
• Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant information into training materials.Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and currency of content.
• Adaptability:
• Modify existing training content to meet the evolving needs of the organization.Adjust writing style and tone to suit different target audiences and learning styles.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and milestones.Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate content development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training content development, preferably in a tech SaaS setting.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline).
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to work with design software.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and principles.
