The Senior Demand Generation Manager will have a combination of business analysis, creative campaign planning and technical implementation experience paired with expert knowledge of marketing automation and digital advertising.

You will own the go-to-market strategy and execution of marketing programs and campaigns to achieve demand goals and build/accelerate the pipeline for the sales team. You’ll be working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Data and Information Systems to execute the GTM strategies and optimize all the stages of marketing. You'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing digital marketing channels such as paid search and paid social, as well as leading our SEO strategy. You have proven experience optimizing ROI across these channels and will be responsible for executing and continuously optimizing campaigns that drive engagement and leads across our target industries and segments.

The Day-to-Day

Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Demand Generation Manager, will support the marketing team and overall goals of GlobalVision in the following areas:

  • Lead marketing planning in partnership with sales leadership to align on priorities, establish clear quarterly goals, gain commitment and buy-in for marketing programs, and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Own strategy and execution of account-based marketing programs and campaigns designed to engage key targets for GlobalVision’s target accounts, partnering with sales, product marketing, marketing operations and customer experience on development and delivery of key programs.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of demand-generating programs including webinars, digital marketing, account-based marketing, event promotion, and follow-up campaigns to deliver quality leads to the revenue organization.
  • Own reporting and analysis on marketing programs, ensuring programs perform against goals and are continually optimized.
  • Oversee the performance of all paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns and consistently optimize spend across paid channels including paid search, retargeting and paid social.
  • Manage a small team including designers, marketing operations, and external contractors and agencies, while providing mentorship and goal-oriented guidance and support to direct reports.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to Sales and Marketing alignment.
  • Oversee our marketing automation software.
  • Lead our SEO strategy.

  • Previous experience with Google Adwords and paid social advertising (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic data-driven thinking,
  • You bring creative thinking to marketing campaign planning.
