Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless client experiences and campaign success. As Strategic Account manager you'll be the bridge between clients and internal fulfillment teams, you'll spearhead campaign setup with a client-centric approach, making the process as effortless as possible. By monitoring account health and identifying potential risks, you'll proactively eliminate obstacles to customer satisfaction, driving retention and growth.

Resolving customer concerns and providing valuable feedback will be instrumental in refining our offerings. Guiding production, development, and creative processes alongside client operations, you'll showcase your ability to deliver exceptional service and results.

As a key point of contact for clients, you'll engage in regular communication, offering responsive support and fostering strong relationships. Your expertise will shine as you develop and deliver insightful program performance presentations, leading strategic discussions to drive success.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Develop, manage, and scale revenue on a specific set of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure campaign strategies are implemented on time and adjust or redirect strategies as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop recommendations based on data
  • Provide client training to improve utilization of campaign elements and use reporting features, including any applicable reports or dashboards detailing program performance
  • Deliver in-person presentations on Leads.io and develop bespoke proposals for clients based on the unique needs of each client
  • Supports the vision of the company directors/partners

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • Account experience having worked on 20+ large and small accounts
  • Skilled at earning the trust of clients by displaying and understanding their business needs and finding the right solutions to meet them
  • Skilled at analyzing data and deriving/communicating insights to meet clients' objectives, providing strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills; both written, oral, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meta Ads Manager/Google Analytics experience and/or certification
