Position Purpose
The successful candidate will support the Production Teams by making our raw materials into finished goods.
A crucial part of this job is maintaining quality standards of cleanliness and recordkeeping and interacting with co-workers and/or sales department to ensure throughput is as efficient and prudent as possible.
A positive attitude and physical fitness are critical to this role.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Make finished goods per product specific manufacturing instructions
Run production machinery (when applicable) to assist in the speedy packaging of our raw materials
Pull raw materials from the Work in Process area or stock rooms per our stock rotation method in preparation for packaging.
Put away received/accepted goods in the stock rooms per our stock rotation method.
Additional Responsibilities
Record all activities and weights with company-mandated record keeping system.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma at a minimum is absolutely required.
Forklift experience an asset
Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP would be an asset.
Ability to pass background checks
Demonstrated passion for excellence

Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
Team player
Ability to lift 50-60 pounds on a repetitive basis (but not all the time)
This job is in a dusty environment due to the nature of operation. You need to be comfortable with getting dirty.
Business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Some flexibility to these hours will be considered as needed.
Benefits
Wage starts at $18/hr with a performance review after 3 months.
