Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps working and supporting DevOps pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce DevOps Engineer responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end to end release process.
- Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production.
- Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
- Experience in Continuous Integration Tools (Git, Jenkins, Ant)
- Experience in Salesforce
- Environment Management Tools
- Experience in Windows and Linux Scripting
- Experience working with overlapping product release cycles
- A good team player, ability to learn quickly, excellent written and spoken communication.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Continuous Integration tools such as source control, and automation
- Understanding of the Agile SDLC and how DevOps play a role in it
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and the product suite, including expertise in Sales amp; Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven industry experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins
- Experience using scripting languages including BASH, Groovy, PowerShell and Python to build automation
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administration
- nCino Devops experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
Please Note: This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week. Successful candidates will need to complete a background check.
