Mandate:
Reporting to the Director of National Air Freight, the Air Trade Agent is responsible for providing support to the trade management team in pricing analysis, procurement and the development of Delmar air freight products.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Quoting and procurement of air import and export on a National level for customers, Delmar offices across Canada, including agents
• Handling of DDU DDP requests
• Maintaining and updating pricing portals, inclusive of origin and destination changes
• Ensuring National air templates are updated within Delmar’s system
• Following up with any outstanding quote requests
• Customer profiling
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Logistics Management an asset
• Minimum 1-2 years of air freight operations experience
• Knowledge of Canadian pricing regulations
• Fluent communication in English required. French proficiency considered an asset
