Join our award-winning team as a Production Coordinator, reporting directly to the Production Manager. You will provide direct support to Production Management and be responsible for performing or assisting with various warranty, quality control, and production administration activities. We are looking for a candidate that is an excellent communicator, personable, and comfortable and experienced with technology, spreadsheets, task management software and other cloud based applications.

Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage resolution of incoming warranty requests.
- Coordinate appropriate internal and external resources to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Routinely travel to residential renovation construction sites throughout the GTA, documenting conditions and progress and reporting to management.
- Coordinate, setup and manage the maintenance of job site signage.
- Coordinate, attend and document quality assurance and pre-delivery inspection meetings with production personnel and customers.
- Participate in various new project onboarding and mobilization activities.
- Provide general support and assistance to the Production Manager.
- Work closely with other departments, including accounting, marketing, interior design and architectural.
Education
- Associate's Degree, construction technology or related field
- Bachelor's Degree, civil engineering or architecture
- College Diploma, construction technology or related field
Qualifications
- Formal education or experience in residential construction, architecture, engineering, interior design or decorating
- 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position an asset
- Residential construction related experience an asset
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Access to a vehicle strongly preferred
- Are able to comfortably lift 30 pounds
Skills
- High level written and verbal English communication skills
- Personable, positive and have an enthusiastic disposition
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; interested in scheduling and coordination
- Fast, familiar, and comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, gantt chart and project management software
- Are able to perform basic mechanical tasks such as erecting and dismantling a lawn sign, tying up a banner, etc.
- Generally interested in Design and Construction
- Comfortable with construction terminology and confident in interacting with other construction professionals
Work Location
MENATWORK office at 1174 Weston Rd, with some days travelling around the city to job sites and running errands.
Hours
May vary, but generally M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm

$22 / hour
