As the ASIC Verification Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and verification of ASIC designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to develop and implement verification strategies. Leveraging your expertise in verification methodologies and tools, you will lead the verification process to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the design meets functional requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ASIC verification process from concept to delivery, ensuring design meets functional requirements
  • Provide technical leadership amp; mentoring
  • Develop and implement verification strategies, methodologies, and test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to define verification requirements
  • Design and develop verification environments and test cases using SystemVerilog and UVM methodology
  • Execute and debug test cases, track and resolve issues
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of verification activities
  • Mentor junior verification engineers and provide technical guidance and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience in ASIC verification
  • Strong understanding of verification methodologies and tools, such as SystemVerilog and UVM
  • Proficient in scripting languages like Perl, Python, or TCL
  • Experience with advanced verification techniques, such as constrained random testing and coverage-driven verification
  • Knowledge of industry-standard protocols and interfaces, including PCIe, USB, DDR, and Ethernet
  • Familiarity with FPGA prototyping and emulation platforms is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Self-motivated and passionate about electronic product development
