ATB's Experience Office is looking for a Digital Product Operations Analyst who will be key in building out exceptional experiences for our clients and team members. The team’s mandate is to remove the friction in product management decision-making by providing client-centred data, metrics, process and analysis. You will work in partnership with the product success team bringing data and insights to help make the right decisions for our clients and ATB. You tell the story through data, know the product and user touch points inside and out. You are our data wizard, collecting, analyzing and displaying in ways that help inform conversations, generate feedback loops, and ensure quality decisions are made. This role requires a set of technical skills, including tools available to help with pulling or acquiring new data or data visualization (including SQL, GCP/Big Query and Tableau). Data science skills are an asset but not required. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, are tenacious and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Product Operations Analyst Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Product lead to ensure the product is operating/performing as expected against defined success metrics (that you have established), and to influence and support go to market activities
  • Having a strong hunger and curiosity around problem solving, optimizing work for your digital product(s)
  • An ability to leverage data and insights to tell and visualize compelling client stories to diverse audiences (product teams to senior leaders)
  • Familiarity with success measurement frameworks, KPIS, and OKRs and an ability to connect strategic goals to product specific metrics
  • Utilizing cross-functional data to correlate trends and identify potential strategic actions
  • Develop deep understanding of critical product processes that matter most in delivering a great client experience, and be able to help influence/improve existing processes
  • Own personal development and learning of data relevant tools such as (but not limited to) Tableau, Qualtrics, applying SSI (Self-Service Insights) and visualizing concepts to the analytic process.
  • Automating data correlations, analysis and reporting at every opportunity;
  • Advocating for best practice, implementing data tools and templates to create repeatable success
  • Applying business acumen and judgment when guiding decisions related to the product operation or initiative

Requirements

  • A technical foundation to create and share insights to inform strategy, in tools available to help with pulling or acquiring new data or data visualization. Looking for experience working with SQL, GCP/Big Query and Tableau, and familiarity (or ability to learn) Google Analytics, Figma, AVO, Mixpanel, Looker and documentation to support like Jira, Confluence and Miro. Python is an asset but not required.
