Reporting to the Team Lead of Learning Solutions, there's no such things as a typical day for an Instructional Designer. You'll work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop, manage and execute learning solutions for key strategic projects and initiatives, such as large-scale strategic projects or cultural transformation work. You'll play a key role in assessing learning gaps, identifying risks and dependencies, and crafting training plans, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating user-friendly and accessible learning experiences.

Requirements
Enough about us, let's talk about you! You've got:
- Robust, hands-on experience in designing and delivering effective instructional materials.
- Proficiency in e-learning SCORM related authoring tools and learning management systems. Extensive experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud would be a bonus!
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles
- Basic video production experience
- Mastery of instructional design theories and methodologies
- The ability to manage a diverse workload and multiple simultaneous projects under pressure for meeting strict deadlines
- Skill to persuasively communicate and collaborate with others at all levels within the organization and influence others to move toward a common vision, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, without direct authority.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Azure DevOps
Although not required, the following experience and/or experience would be an asset:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE) Certificate
- Visual Design Certificate
- Experience working in a financial institution
