As the Delivery Lead, Asset Information Assessment amp; Migration, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our team to deliver high-quality results in complex AIM engagements. Reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating closely with AIM Technology and Standards components, you'll lead the charge in executing technical delivery, fostering team leadership, and managing client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership of the Team:

· Lead a team of 3 to 6 members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.

· Utilize PMI-based skills to manage the data/content focus of engagements effectively.

· Demonstrate proficiency in leading remote and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Technical Delivery of Results:

· Leverage extensive background in major assessment/migration engagements to drive high-quality discovery, assessment, enrichment, and migration of asset information.

· Apply in-depth understanding of asset information in design, construction, and operation phases to meet project scope effectively.

· Oversee full migration of data and content with exceptional quality, rigorously applying structured methods and technology solutions.

Relationship Management:

· Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors, and stream leads to ensure alignment with project milestones and goals.

· Interact with client IT to facilitate access to systems and processing data and content in their environments.

· Cultivate strong relationships with client teams and management, fostering a partnership mentality and facilitating client participation.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science with specialized training in information management. A combination of skills and experience will be considered.

· 5+ years of experience delivering complex asset information discovery, assessment, enrichment, and migration engagements.

· Proficiency in SQL, coding in .NET, Java or Python or other software for data extraction and enrichment.

· Experience with AIM technologies such as Hexagon or equivalent engineering document/data management solutions is beneficial.

Domain Expertise:

· Expertise in asset information within complex processing facilities, with experience in industries such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, or comparable sectors.

· Understanding of owner/operator business functions and their information management.

Leadership and Client Engagement:

· Proven track record in leading asset information assessment and migration teams.

· Experience in building effective teams and motivating resources to achieve target goals.

· Depth of interaction with client and partner teams to achieve success, managing expectations and addressing complex challenges.
