Employment Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00. This is an in person role, not suitable for candidates seeking remote work.

Compensation: $49,613 to $62,016 per annum (based on experience)


Servus is growing! We're looking for a Leasing Sales Administrator - Inside Sales to support our Stride Capital team at our Southwest office in Calgary, Alberta.

Reporting to the Director, Leasing Operations, our Leasing Sales Administrator Inside Sales plays an important role in growing our company, is a self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

As the Sale Administrator for the Inside Sales team, you will perform and provide a variety of roles in supporting the Stride Inside Sales Dept. Mainly assisting the sales team by submitting credit/documentation requests, creating t-values, TruePic auditing, Aspire data entry, insurance follow up and working with our brokers to get deals from credit to booked.

To be successful in this role, you should have a team player personality, be able to assist the Inside Sales Account Managers administrative needs and have excellent prioritization and time management skills.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and building credit packages including quantitative and qualitative company and industry analysis
  • Reading and understanding personal and commercial credit reports, research, and analyze collateral value and secondary market to understand each lease submission.
  • Reviewing transaction information to prepare credit submissions including application, credit writeup, quotes, employment verification and financial statements to establish a credit profile sufficient to let the credit team make an informed credit decision.
  • Working alongside the credit and documentation team to get deals approved and funded.
  • Responsible for data input and integrity of Aspire data for each submission.
  • Gaining exposure in conducting amortization schedules to identify the rates on return of gross profit for each deal funded.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Financial analysis experience gained through employment or education
  • Sales, Hospitality, and/or administrative experience a benefit.
  • Sales, negotiation, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Experience in qualifying and closing sale products a benefit.
  • Customer service and understanding customer's needs.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Demonstrated elevated level of integrity, energy, and a positive customer and quality focus with ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills with a solution driven attitude.

Education and Training:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, International Business, and Logistics amp; Supply Chain Management preferred).
