Job Summary:
The Operator position will be responsible for operations within our PVC facility. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor.
This is a full-time position, with rotating 12hr shifts, with a proposed hourly pay range of $27.49.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading measuring devices and applying findings to specification sheets
- Weighing and measuring multiple products
- Building crates, moving crates and packaging product
- Other assigned duties and housekeeping as operational needs
Job Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication in English
- Basic math skills; ability to use micrometers, calipers, misc equipment
- Experience with hand and power tools, lifting equipment etc.
- Forklift and overhead crane considered an assist

Working Conditions:
- Must use applicable PPE in shop, to include but not limited to, hearing/eye protection, safety shoes
- Requires a high degree of mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting to 35lbs frequently
- Fast-paced environment where a considerable amount of sensory attention is required.
- Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise levels and the use of sharp tools.
