Work with a small team to improve online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support client acquisition for a finance/accounting practice.

Key responsibilities
- On-page optimization: meta tags, headings, schema markup recommendations, content structure, and internal linking for service and blog pages.
- Technical SEO audits: identify crawl, indexation, speed, mobile, and structured-data issues; provide prioritized fixes and monitor implementation.
- Content strategy and guidance for service pages and blog posts; collaborate with staff or external writers to improve topical relevance and conversion potential.
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, including citation consistency and review strategy.
- Link-building and outreach planning focused on reputable, relevant finance/accounting sources.
- Create concise reports and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Must have
- 2+ years demonstrable SEO experience delivering organic growth for service-based businesses (professional services or accounting firms preferred)
- Strong keyword research skills with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent
- On-page SEO expertise: meta tags, header structure, content optimization, schema implementation
- Technical SEO: crawl/index diagnostics, site speed optimization, mobile-first best practices
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), and rank-tracking tools
- Local SEO experience including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management
- Experience with content strategy and working with writers
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and ability to review/advise on HTML/CSS issues
- Analytical mindset; ability to prepare concise reports and actionable recommendations
