Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor on a team performing advisory services, architecture reviews, and tabletop exercises in industrial environments. These engagements include a range of tasks such as documentation review and gap analysis.
• Contribute to final delivery of recommendations and findings document, including verbally presenting findings and addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Contribute and support Dragos’ internal labs, ranges, and customer training program.
• Ability to learn and leverage the Dragos Platform for customer engagements. 

Requirements

• Willingness to be a team player on fast-moving team focused on rapidly innovating the state of industrial security.
• 1+ years experience and desire to learn industrial control systems, devices, instrumentation and communications protocols.
• Ability to collect and analyze information or host artifacts for potential improvements.
• Ability to research and recommend prioritized, cost-effective mitigations for risk, safety, or security to networks and devices.
• Ability to contribute to high-quality reports that directly support customer and engagement success criteria.
• Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills; ability to both facilitate training and present complex analytical data to a variety of audiences and work effectively with customers.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, both domestic and international.
• Self-motivated and results focused; ability to strengthen the Professional Services team and the Dragos mission.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience or strong desire to learn industrial environments and technologies processes.
• Awareness of various controls frameworks including IEC62443, NERC CIP, and NIST.
• Experience or desire to learn industrial verticals, such as energy, petrochemical, transportation, and manufacturing.
• Industry certifications or specific course work focused on ICS or network security.
