The Role:We are looking for a detailed oriented, customer centric and creative Agent Change Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level! The main focus of the Agent Change Specialist role is ensuring that any type of agent change request is successfully facilitated. In addition, this role will be the main resource for collecting, creating, revising, and maintaining agent change data, processes, policies, resources, and training. It will also involve the assessment of collected data to provide further insights into the continuing development of the agent change process.What you will do:
  • Respond to agent change questions and inquiries
  • Assist Recruiting Partners and Students understand and work through the requirements of the agent change process
  • Collect and document agent change policies and processes. Compile, consolidate, and revise this information, as necessary
  • Consult with the Commission team to ensure, to the best of our ability, that the agent change information provided by each school aligns with the information we have contractually regarding commission eligibility
What you bring:
  • Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
  • Experience working in Customer Service
  • Google and Office Suites, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, Basecamp
  • Second language
  • Experience with international student application process
  • Experience with international education system
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Empathic and understanding of student needs
  • Process and policy oriented
  • Research Skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
