Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, People Programs amp; Operations (PPamp;O) the People Operations amp; Programs Manager plays a vital role managing all People-related aspects of our Mamp;A transactions. This is a hands-on position that requires strong analytical and project management skills. Projects are unique, with varying levels of complexity, that require a high degree of specificity when problem solving.The People Operations amp; Programs Associate will work closely with the People Team (HR and Recruiting), Finance, Corporate Development, Legal and functional business groups to ensure due diligence and integrations activities and actions are tracked correctly, and that business goals and objectives are met while retaining an employee focus. Over time, s/he will develop strong business acumen and awareness of key financial measures of business success as they relate to mergers, acquisitions, and the company's strategic plan.The position will also support ad hoc special projects, driving execution.What you'll do:
  • Own and manage the project plans for all People-related aspects of Mamp;A
  • Autonomously lead and manage hands-on global projects to completion
  • Be accountable; able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines
  • Forge strong business relationships; create β€˜buy-in’ and persuade and motivate others
  • Provide support and develop a reputation as a highly respected and trusted partner within the team
  • Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Support strategic thinking throughout all projects
  • Understand numerous, interrelated People processes and tools
  • Quickly resolve issues when they arise and address the root cause to build business resilience
  • Continuously drive improvements to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + 5 years or more related experience supporting a regional or global business unit as either a generalist or analyst or related functional area.
  • Ability to develop and execute a project plan, manage to deadlines and pay acute attention to detail. Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Other applicable skills include financial due diligence, compensation and benefit program design, HR strategy or operations, and/or talent solutions.
  • Experience supporting and/or delivering work related to corporate transaction or restructuring projects; other applicable experiences includes enterprise cost reduction, assessment of transaction risks, target screening, integration planning and execution, and/or post-merger integration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions amp; processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Models, HR Mergers amp; Acquisition (Mamp;A), Rewards/Compensation, HR Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth, global organization and working knowledge of employment law in various EU countries.
  • Ability to travel and be available outside of local business hours when required to work with regional (EMEA/APAC) teams, virtually.
