Recruitment Sourcer (Contract)

• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers globally to understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
• Create sourcing strategies and campaigns for a variety of roles across our GTM teams.
• Identify and engage passive talent to build recruiting funnels for various Sales amp; Professional Services roles
• Help Everbridge to ensure we have a diverse pipeline across all openings.
• Operate with a sense of urgency to manage high volume recruiting activities with a strong attention to detail to ensure both a consistent and timely candidate experience
• Find candidates through innovative search techniques.
• Screen resumes and interviews candidates to determine the best fit across a broad range of positions such that you can route candidates appropriately.
• Develop and conduct evaluations of candidates at early stages of our process to ensure we are introducing great candidates to our team
• Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a dynamic recruiting environment, either corporate or agency experience welcomed
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Past experience working with in the Tech/SaaS space
