IDT is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for our growing IDT Express business. Candidates will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy amp; execution of it thereafter. Applicants must have willingness to work in a dynamic, fast paced organization. Being able to run marketing strategy from kickoff to delivery on a global landscape is extremely important for this position.To be qualified for this job, an ideal candidate must have the ability to handle all facets of general marketing amp; product marketing. The candidate must be proficient in time management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing various goals and parameters. Applicants must be able to work across business units and cross-functional teams to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that will drive growth and retention. This role reports into the Vice President - IDT Express.IDT Express is a fast growing business in the wholesale VoIP industry. We are looking to expand our global sales amp; marketing team. The brand has been around for a decade now and we are evolving every day based upon changing market conditions. IDT Express is part of IDT Telecom (NYSE: IDT)Digital Marketing Manager will be required to:
  • Develop marketing strategic direction for the business unit
  • Drive revenue and growth through targeted marketing efforts
  • Provide marketing insights and uncover marketing trends, results, and opportunities by analyzing data
  • Monitor, track, and report marketing KPIs such as CPL, CPAC, and breakeven.
  • Manage Social media presence
  • Establish a paid media amp; SEO strategy to drive key marketing results across channels in support of business goals
  • Maintain high level oversight of acquisition channels including SEM, SEO amp; paid social
  • Lead development and execution of a CRM messaging, email marketing, content strategy and roadmap that will drive acquisition and retention
  • Develop and manage marketing calendar and communications
  • Identify areas of opportunity to maximize engagement and retention among members
  • Understand the life cycle of the customer, conceive amp; execute a customer retention plan.
  • Effectively communicate with product team, creative designers, vendors and other cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion
  • Lead and assist with the development of creative, copy and content for marketing initiatives
  • Write product documentation and web content
  • Define and maintain sales vertical definitions and corresponding value propositions.
  • Create and manage product persona’s for each service
  • Support sales organizations with customized presentations and value propositions for key strategic opportunities.
  • Implement new tools and features as needed to improve effectiveness of marketing channels
To be qualified for this job, an ideal candidate would have
  • 5+ years of strong digital marketing background.
  • Preferably this experience will be from B2B space in any service oriented industry, either from client side or agency side
  • Work experience in product marketing role will be a huge plus
  • Great brand sensibility manage and ensure creative strategy and consistency across all channels
  • Fair knowledge of digitalmarketingincluding targeted display, SEO, SEM, social media, websites, mobile, and analytics will be required.
  • On the technical side, candidates will have excellent knowledge of any CRM system, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manage amp; MS Excel, Wordpress, iSpionage/SEMRush/Moz
  • Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, with focus amp; strong organization skills
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), expert copywriter
  • Advanced project development amp; management Skills
  • Advanced experience of social media platforms for marketing and/or advertising
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects
  • Action-oriented with a roll up your sleeves approach
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, deal with global clients/ vendors
  • Results-driven amp; highly analytical approach to digital marketing
