We are looking for an experienced Director, Enterprise Applications, to shape the future of our company and guide strategic technical decisions across the organization on enterprise applications to support our growth. This position reports to the SVP of Engineering.Responsibilities:
  • Understand the company business strategy and enterprise application needs through ongoing and strong partnership with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, services, people, finance)
  • Define multi-year enterprise application strategy and quarterly roadmap to power business growth and create long-term synergy across organizations.nbsp;
  • Recruit, manage, and grow a high-performing team of architects, developers, and administrators to develop and support enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
  • Own technical delivery, from design to deploy, of new enterprise application projects, and the ongoing technical support of all existing ones.
  • Plan, manage budgets to operate enterprise applications, with a strong mindset of pushing operational efficiency, agility, and excellence through innovative changes or data-driven experimentations.
  • Define, advance, and enforce security, legal, and reliability standards on all enterprise applications through strong collaboration with legal, security, IT, and engineering.
  • Serve as a member in the engineering senior leadership team to inform, and advise the SVP of Engineering, and executive team on engineering, and company-level strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and operating large-scale Salesforce required; additional experience with Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workday is a strong plus
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise application development teams in a fast-growing company of size 500+
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional business acumen and communication skills to work with senior leaders across the organization, to understand their objectives, to communicate long-term technical vision, and to negotiate effectively to align on common goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing organization, recruiting, developing, and retaining world class technical talents.
  • Track record in shipping enterprise-level quality softwares in a fast-moving environment, and excellent ownership of all aspects of SDLC, from feature definition, prioritization, design, resource planning, implementation, deployment to ongoing support.
  • Inspirational leadership to influence the organization to embrace innovation, and continuous improvement, which leads to observable improvement in operational leverage, efficiency, and excellence.d
