Know our team
Nutrition International's External Relations (ER) unit is a diverse team of dedicated professionals with extensive global experience in advocacy, policy influence, government relations, and communications. The unit leads, coordinates, and supports global government relations, global advocacy, business development with institutional donors, and corporate and digital communications. The ER unit works closely with other teams across the organization to grow and diversify resources for Nutrition International's global strategy and Investment Case, drive thought leadership, and grow global support for nutrition, and Nutrition International. The ER team is located in Nutrition International's Headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, with dedicated counterparts within our Regional Offices in Africa and Asia.
You have a bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a similar field. You have 7 years’ of progressive experience working in government relations, advocacy, stakeholder relations or partnerships, and at least 2 years’ of experience in a management position. You are someone who has substantial experience developing and implementing advocacy strategies, at an international or national level.
