As the demand for an online marketplace has grown significantly, their business has been booming! As they enter their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Partner Onboarding Associate to join their Vancouver team to help them successfully onboard their new clients

About the Role

• Responsible for Software setup and configuration of payment card terminal devices
• Support delivery process for packaging and posting hardware, coordinating with couriers
• Assist with data entry, cleaning and documentation for merchant online profile quality
• Build and optimize business partner profile listings and ensuring that merchants’ photos, descriptions, service

menus, addresses, descriptions are up to date

• Assist onboarding processes, train new and existing partners on the software and platform communicated, and that

appropriate actions are taken to drive quality further

Requirements

• Highly intelligent and motivated recent graduate
• Very strong data skillset - comfortable with using excel
• Must be exceptionally organized and detail orientated
• Must show high business acumen and have a genuine curiosity in understanding and solving business challenges
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
• Must be able to be autonomous and roll up their sleeve given the start-up nature of the business, especially with all the different time zones (US, Canada, Dubai etc)
