Fresha is a leading SaaS solution for salons and spas. They have over 50,000 partners worldwide and have clients in over 120 countries. As the demand for an online marketplace has grown significantly, their business has been booming! As they enter their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a driven and hungry Business Development Manager to join their Vancouver team to build relationships within their existing client base.
About The Role:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing sales in the designated territory of Vancouver Mainland, with huge growth opportunity across North America
- This position will be focused on 100% new business development
- Calling on key decision-makers via in-person meetings, phone or email with the goal of bringing on new business
- Responsible for qualifying inbound leads, analyzing marketing campaigns
- Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
- Measured on monthly growth targets
- Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management (Vancouver)
Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated B2B sales experience in SaaS, online marketplace or payments
- Proven track record of success in a measured environment
- Must be a true hunter who loves finding new opportunities to grow the business
- Must show high business acumen and have a genuine curiosity in understanding and solving business challenges
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill, with a strong phone presence;
- Must be able to be autonomous and roll up their sleeve given the start-up nature of the business, especially with all the different time zones we work with internally (US, Australia, London, Canada, Dubai etc)
