As ATB’s next EFS Performance Coach III your focus is to deliver amp; evaluate the retail learning ecosystem that will actively build leader capabilities. The Coach executes on leading strategies that build a high-performance culture while continuing to build proficiencies identified through future of work analysis that will deliver an exceptional customer experience as well as achieve business goals.

Requirements

EFS Performance Coach III Accountabilities:

  • Build the competencies of EFS leaders by providing the necessary training, coaching, specialist support and tools to develop and grow. This role is essential to growing EFS team members and leaders into trusted and valued partners for Everyday Financial Services and ensuring a differentiated customer experience. This is done by:
    • Onboarding new branch managers
    • Continuous professional development to existing leaders
    • Remediation training
    • Ad Hoc training required to address business priorities
    • Deliver coach-led training sessions in a physical amp;/or digital environment
    • Assist leaders with the understanding of pricing, relationship advice and support.

What you will bring to the role:

  • University Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent is required.
  • 8 to 10 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Personal Financial Services Advice (PFSA), or Personal Financial Planner (PFP) required or is working towards.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail lending practices and proven ability to structure custom lending solutions
  • Strong knowledge of entrepreneur credit and business underwriting practices
  • Excellent understanding of tax, estate and financial planning and investment vehicles
  • Previous experience in leading functional teams or projects is required.
  • Is an influencer with strong consulting and communication skills; is able to promote consistency of practice and employ flexibility in their approach.
  • Is able to consult and think critically in order to effectively identify needs, navigate complex people matters and formulate recommendations for leader consideration amp; action
  • Expert ability to take complex information, concepts, and make it easy for branch leaders and team members to understand.
  • Proven experience as coach/mentor to leaders, peers and team members development
  • Recognized as an expert in their own area within the organization.
  • Proven ability to execute on strategies that establishes a new bar for customer service excellence within the Retail Banking Industry.
