The Business Analyst II will act as a facilitator and liaison, bridging the gap between Experience Operations and our partners. When problem solving, the focus will be on both business and technical aspects. You will work on all levels of projects that align to ATB’s strategy to tangibly move the business forward. You will collaborate with cross - functional teams to launch and execute initiatives while identifying and analyzing opportunities for improving business and system related processes within Experience Operations, and recommend and facilitate the planning and coordination of improvements.
The Analyst II has a solid understanding of business analysis skills/techniques as well as a good foundation of experience utilizing the skills in practice.
The Experience operations Advancement Team is responsible for both Product solutions and Operations support. You will report to the Workflow Improvement amp; Automation Director and focus on best practises and implementation to our Service Now tool of choice. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone energized by the prospect of joining a nimble, rapidly-changing strategic support unit.
