Reporting to the Director, Product Lifecycle Management, he/she is responsible for supply chain execution function of company innovations and product offerings as well as managing all changes to existing products .

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle process management from culinary innovation or marketing concept to supply chain launch as a new product offering to customer within shortest possible timelines, changes to existing products and discontinuation process.
  • Define, validate and communicate timely and accurate processes for development and execution of new and changes to existing bill of materials through collaboration with culinary, marketing, quality, operations, sourcing and supply planning teams .
  • Ensure the successful execution of product roadmaps, driving quick, iterative cycles of delivering products and features as a sellable goods, driving competitive advantage within innovation cycle of the business.
  • Monitor new recipe or new item project execution accuracy and timeliness, escalating priorities where needed within cross functional teams.
  • Responsible for products change order process and timely and accurate implementation through cross functional teams.
  • Become a product implementation expert defining clear representation of successful implementation of new item across all necessary teams within the organization
  • Deliver market innovation opportunities on new product development as per request from culinary , marketing or ownership teams through collaboration with operations, sourcing, finance and other required participants.
  • Develop, monitor and control KPI and responsibilities of maintaining timely ERP records as it pertains to creating accurate bill of material records, monitoring its accuracy, new item creation and discontinuation records across multiple teams.
  • Develop a robust process to manage changes to existing items through multiple teams.
  • Responsible for reduction of waste related to accuracy of recipe execution through operations-establishing processes to monitor adherence to initially setup BOM quantities , validating sources of variation.
  • Responsible for participation in ERP implementation part of the function.
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables



Requirements

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership project management role, managing product launches within grocery/retail or agile JIT environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external and internal clients within agile environments.
    Knowledge of Project Management principles, methods and techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned projects, roles and responsibilities within the scope.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills .
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
