Goodfood Market is currently looking for a Manager - Executive Recruitment to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the Head Of Talent Acquisition, this is a golden opportunity to set foot in the dynamic world of startups and culinary revolution.


Overview

The Manager - Executive Recruitment provides consultative advice and high touch recruitment solutions to the business leadership at Goodfood. The incumbent seeks out senior level talent, interviews candidates and assists in the hiring process up to through to onboarding. The duties are generally performed with little supervision, however, the incumbent must work closely with senior management to ensure alignment over incoming talent. The incumbent must be very skilled at sourcing, assessing and advising on the talent pool as well as being a great ambassador and advocate of Goodfood .


Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a deep understanding of the business strategy and ensure recruitment efforts are adapted to immediate and future business needs.
Participate actively in the end-to-end recruiting processes from research and sourcing to offer negotiation and hire, and with a candidate-centric approach;
Cultivate strong working relationships with the Goodfood leaders;
Drive recruitment strategy and execution for recruitment projects, and critical and hard-to-fill roles across multiple sites and groups;
Communicate regularly with stakeholders (e.g. client groups, HR) providing information on progress of searches and market insights;
Drive excellence in execution of our recruitment solutions;
Ensure consistency in the practice of talent attraction tools and process;
Propose innovative attraction and selection strategies to increase competitive advantage and meet current amp; future talent needs;
Actively participate in networking efforts with industry organizations and other potential candidate sourcing contacts to build recruiting relationship;
Strengthen our Employment Brand and build our talent pipelines locally and nationally.;
As our ideal candidate, you have/are:
You hold a Bachelor's in Business, HR, or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in progressive recruitment roles but importantly, have a deep understanding of the executive search process
You have developed innovative recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill mandates and/or special projects;
You will need to hold executive presence and be able to communicate with C level leadership
You are a results-oriented individual who has the capacity to influence others;
You have demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and internal clients;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence to engage with senior leadership

You will also have a keen eye on continuous improvement and be able to add value to the overall TA process
