Who we’re looking for:
The Head of Munvo Products is responsible for all aspects related to the marketing software solutions developed by Munvo referred to as Munvo Products. Reporting to Munvo Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects related to the Munvo Products, from the market potential analysis, to the conception, development, and promotion of Munvo Products to Munvo clientele.
What You’ll Do as a Head of Products:
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize the development of the right products and features in order to maximize Munvo Products market adoption and recurring subscription revenues. This work will be done by collaborating with the Marketing team and existing customers and prospects to identify, prioritize, and properly scope and price the products and features to be developed.
- Manage the Munvo Development team in accordance with product roadmap, schedule delivery, and budget established. This work will include feature prioritization, overseeing solution architecture, managing quality and delivery of product documentation, as well as developing and managing product beta programs and internal certification programs.
- Work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure the successful implementation of Munvo Products.
- The Head of Munvo Products is also responsible for customer success and Munvo Product support functions.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Ability to identify and lead the right action items to scale Munvo Products operations in the coming years
- Technical competencies and experience working closely with a software development team in an agile mode
- Highly organized, responsible in nature, and disciplined to efficiently manage matrixed teams to accomplish goals
- Experience with marketing-related software an asset
- Great communication and people skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to deal with the customers effectively.
