You:

• Have an entrepreneurial nature and are ready to roll up your sleeves and work across all aspects of Marketing from social media and our website to other offline content
• Appreciate the opportunity to work as a marketing generalist you will gain experience across everything from copywriting for our website and managing social media posts to running paid media campaigns that drive marketing generated leads
• Never shy away from learning and trying new things not knowing something is fine, but you have the drive to face challenges head on!

• Are looking to learn, grow your skills, and take on some fun projects

What You'll Do as a Marketing Specialist:

• Write copy for our website, social media, marketing emails to our customers and prospects, and more
• Own the social media presence for LinkedIn and Instagram for Munvo you’ll be the one to develop a strategy to further cement us as a thought leader online
• We will give you the graphic assets, templates, and access to a world-class designer and you will create PowerPoint decks that our customers and prospects can’t ignore
• Expand the reach of Munvo on the internet using SEO optimized copy, paid media promotions, and keyword analysis and optimization
• Work with our Sales team on a variety of initiatives to help them get the Munvo brand value across in everything that we do
• Develop and own the Marketing Library a repository of content for our Sales and Professional Services team to rely on to sell the Munvo value to our prospects and customers
• Be the eyes and ears in Canada for a marketing team that is distributed globally

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• A genuine interest in learning about what Munvo does delivering best in class marketing consulting services to some of the world’s largest clients and conveying that message to prospects and clients
• A high level of PowerPoint and Excel skills to give you comfort and ability to work quick creating a quick deck for an urgent meeting in several hours shouldn’t scare you
• A base level of skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign will make your life much easier while you have a designer to rely on, you can make quick changes yourself
• A basic eye for design you are comfortable using a tool such as Canva to support internal initiatives and create internal newsletters, etc.
• The ability to stay organized and meet deadlines the Marketing team prides itself on staying on task to deliver quality material to stakeholders
• An extreme attention to detail nothing should get past you!
• The ability to work autonomously, even after the pandemic is over. Our team is distributed across time zones with a significant presence in EMEA. Working on Microsoft Teams is the norm, office meetings are not.
