As an Account Manager (AM), you play a key role in the Trade/B2B sales team's continued growth and development by contributing to the overall revenue and profitability goals of the Article Trade/B2B Program. You are a resource to your clients as their key point of contact, supporting an easy and seamless experience for trade partners to source, procure and fulfill any project.
You will be responsible for applying your customer acquisition mindset to find, support, and grow potential and existing accounts in an effort to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships across your key account portfolio. Trade/B2B Partners include Interior Designers, Architects, Property Managers, Real Estate Agents and any instance where Article is being used in a public or commercial setting.
Our team strives to provide the best products and account management service based on our client’s team and project needs. You are the trade partner’s Article Advocate and will work with internal teams to ensure that all your clients’ needs are understood and addressed to create maximum value for each account. As an Account Manager, you will aid internal departments and your leadership team by providing industry insights, emerging trend updates, product insights, sales testimonials, and client data analysis.
