Recently named one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies for the third year in a row, we’re looking for an experienced and driven product manager at our headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help build the future of warehousing and distribution at Article. The right person will combine significant PM experience with an entrepreneurial mindset to enhance one of Article's key focus areas.
You will:
- Partner with functional teams, leadership amp; engineering to build and own the product strategy for internal tooling at Article
- Identify, analyse and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Leverage our functional, design, and engineering expertise to identify and detail-out effective solutions.
- Coordinate the execution, delivery, go-live and measurement of both built and bought software.
- Drive buy-in, decision-making, and visibility for all the above.
- Contribute to continuously improving Article’s product management capabilities.
- For our functional teams: Emerge as a go-to problem solver and partner in achieving business results, such as shorter lead times and lower fulfillment costs.
- For our engineering, design, and data teams: Ensure clarity, continuity, and visibility.
- For everyone: Be the voice of customers and users.
Requirements
- A background in software or allied fields, with at least 3 years of product management experience.
- Experience working with warehousing, distribution, inventory management, or logistics is a bonus.
- You have owned and delivered multiple product roadmaps; and have managed products across their lifecycle.
- You can demonstrate a history of effective partnerships with functional leadership, engineers, designers, and data analysts.
- You are a self-starter comfortable in unstructured situations.
- You bring people together, develop trust and challenge them to deliver outstanding results.
