JOB PURPOSE: Drafting amp; Project Managing of construction projects. Provide concise, accurate information for our customers on a daily basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and Manage simple projects with little or no assistance
• Communicate with customers, and Consultants on all questions relating to project; submit Requests for Information (RFI) as required.
• Work with Customers to ensure all material is ordered and delivered to maintain construction schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Review all claims of shortages or errors.
• Ensure proper coding of all material
• Follow one or more projects from estimate though drafting and fabrication to installation at the job site.
• Perform other duties as required by your supervisor.
