You will work closely with Genetec Advantage team to evolve and optimize our Genetec Advantage offering.

You will also be in constant communication with the best Global Sales Force in the Security Industry to share insight on what the offer includes, how to position it and provide guidance when required.

You will be supported by a team of dynamic and knowledgeable colleagues that will be there to help you achieve your goal and successfully contribute to the elaboration of a valuable offer.

• Responsible for developing powerful messaging, bringing products to market, and helping colleagues to effectively position our portfolio of products
• Accountable for the go-to-market plan, product launches, and ongoing activities
• Own the marketing and outbound messaging of our products
• Define the value proposition and develop sales tools that support our marketing strategy
• Understand the market, our technology partners and competitors
• Analyze market and channel data to create action plans that target buyers and markets
• Train sales and the channel so they can easily position and sell your products
• Develop smart, organized and effective outbound campaigns and programs whilst collaborating closely with the product, sales and marketing communications teams

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to influence your colleagues
• Are passionate about sales, marketing and have a commercial twist in your approach
• Love to coordinate efforts between different group to achieve our goals
• Focus on customer needs
• Ideally fluent in French and English

• You have a good understanding of the financial rules, budget and product line management
• Even better if you've also developed pricing strategies, promotion and packaging that enhance customer experience and attach rate

• Être en charge du marketing et des communication du Advantage
• Définir la valeur ajoutee du Advantage et développer des outils de vente qui soutiennent notre stratégie marketing
• Comprendre le marché, nos partenaires technologiques et nos concurrents
• Analyser les données de marché pour créer des plans d'action qui ciblent les acheteurs et les marchés
• Former l'equipe des ventes et nos partenaires afin qu'ils puissent facilement positionner et vendre le Advantage
• Développer des campagnes et des programmes intelligents, organisés et efficaces tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de communication produit, ventes et marketing

• Avoir d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et être capable d'influencer vos collègues
• Vous êtes passionné par les ventes, le marketing et avez une touche commerciale dans votre approche
• Aime coordonner les efforts entre différents groupes pour atteindre nos objectifs
• Focus sur les besoins des clients
• Idéalement parlant couramment le français et l'anglais
