Genetec is currently looking for a Business Analyst. We are looking for a dynamic and efficient individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will allow Genetec to distinguish itself by providing its customers and business partners with value-added tools and portals. These new tools and portals will be closely linked to the various systems [e.g., ERP, CRM] already in place at Genetec.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering information to define business needs, preparing technical and functional design documentation, developing a current development model and creating organizational charts. The person in this position will create current and future business process models, use case models and process analyses, as well as design and update project documents.

This position requires attention to detail and the ability to align information and business processes.

• Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships
• Develop Business processes descriptions and flow of data using BPMN 2.0 notation
• Map current Use Case base on UML methodology to capture current interaction with systems
• Evaluate potential software solutions to determine if they meet business requirements
• Document functional requirements and business process documentation according to in-house standards
• Validate business processes with business users of solutions
• Contribute to project management activities
• Respond, resolve, research customer requests
• Follow up and ensure that software defects are resolved
• Contribute to the Genetec Information Systems knowledge base, the development of the delivery framework and project management activities using Kanban methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with business processes analysis and efficiency improvement
• 10+ years of pertinent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in configuring and managing ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, AX or SAP
• Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade
• Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering and documenting (Use Case UML, BPMN 2.0)
• Change agent, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Information security awareness
• Bilingual, French and English

• Superior communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) or Famp;O, SAP
• Experience in Use Case and Business Process mapping (UML amp; BPMN2.0)
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics migration, integration amp; customization, Power App
• Experience in multinational business environment

La personne occupant cette fonction créera des modélisation des processus d’affaire actuel et futurs ainsi que des modèles de cas d’utilisation et des analyses de processus, en plus de concevoir et d’actualiser les documents de projet.

Ce poste exige un grand souci du détail ainsi que la capacité d’harmoniser l’information et les processus d’entreprise.
